APPROACH TO IDENTITY & CULTURE
Our lived experience as BIPOC nonprofit workers gives us a distinct understanding of the intersections between nonprofit organizations and marginalized communities.
Within every engagement, we take into account the nuances of power dynamics among stakeholders in an organization (including but not limited to funders, donors, staff, board members, volunteers, and beneficiaries) as well as the organization’s role in facilitating these interactions.
In addition to delivering fundraising and technology solutions, we approach our work with curiosity and compassion, recognizing how identity, culture, and environment influence all of us. This perspective ensures that we provide not only effective strategies but also empathetic, inclusive support that honors your mission and community.
